Thỏa thuận này áp dụng khi HaMi Code Việt xử lý dữ liệu cá nhân thay cho khách hàng doanh nghiệp (Data Controller).This agreement applies when HaMi Code Viet processes personal data on behalf of an enterprise customer (Data Controller).
2. Vai trò2. Roles
- Data Controller— khách hàng doanh nghiệp quyết định mục đích xử lý.— the enterprise customer determines the processing purpose.
- Data Processor— HaMi Code Việt xử lý theo hướng dẫn của Controller.— HaMi Code Viet processes according to the Controller's instructions.
3. Dữ liệu xử lý3. Data processed
- Tên, email của học viên trong lớp.Names and emails of students in the class.
- Tiến độ học, bài tập, chứng chỉ.Learning progress, assignments, certificates.
- Không xử lý dữ liệu nhạy cảm (sức khỏe, tôn giáo, sinh học).No sensitive data processed (health, religion, biometrics).
